The objective is to create a thorough analysis of your processes to properly move into configuration and implement industry best practices of scholarship and grants management solutions. The Implementation Team will discuss, plan and prepare the project timeline with you and your team, through either phone, email or GoToMeetings. Upon receipt of all your documentation, the Rapid Applications Implementation team thoroughly reviews the application and maps back to funds criteria, automate scoring, rubric and reports. Implementation team reviews instructions, sections, and question formats and analyzes for conditional logic on questions. The client and Implementation Team review client best practices and sign off before proceeding to application creation.
Our team will work with you step-by-step to create your application questions, sections, layout, nominations, and/or anything else related to your application. They will configure and build your application according to requirements that have been approved upon.
Scoring Rubric Review
The Implementation team will review the client’s application scoring rubric/committee scoring rubric in order to properly map to the questions that pertain to that rubric within their new online application. The Rapid Applications Implementation Team assists in optimizing the client’s Committee Scoring Rubric for their new online system.
Report Requirement Review
All reports the client is currently utilizing within their process will be reviewed by the Implementation Team, to determine if field reports or custom query reports are needed. If field reports, we review to determine which reports we may be able to combine for efficiency. If Query Reports, we setup the build with our development team, if purchased as part of your implementation cost.
The Implementation Team works with Administrators to configure the system for them to properly and most efficiently perform their review process according to their workflow. Tasks such as adding custom questions and setting up application stages will be performed.
Reviewer/ Evaluator Setup
The Implementation Team works to configure the system for them to properly and most efficiently perform their review process according to their workflow. Implementation team configures the system for staff to do the committee review process, adding custom questions and setting up rubric and evaluation process.
Award Manager Setup
This process involves the Implementation team configuring the client’s new online system for your staff members to manage your award process. The team will also help add custom questions and details that assist in the management of awards.
During this part of the project, in conjunction with the client, the Implementation Team reviews, edits, and sets up email templates in the Rapid Applications system. These email templates are connected to the “Notify Buttons” throughout your system for easy access from anywhere you happen to be working. You may email one or all of your applicants using the email system.
Testing and Editing
The entire application process will be reviewed for errors, issues and necessary revisions before client testing begins. We review the site with the client, step-by-step, to ensure you are happy and ready to launch.
The Implementation team reviews and helps you manage your application settings configuration. Your site is then moved from the staging site to your live production site environment. We then work with you to prepare your production site and test your application in the live site environment.
XML Schema Review/Setup
The client receives instruction on the importance of keeping the XML Schema correct within multiple applications or applications on an annually recurring basis. The Review XML – Data Integration process ensures schema is matched in existing applications and includes editing existing schema if it isn’t working properly.
